At Apple, Tim also served as a talent manager responsible for recruiting top performers and developing career paths that helped people grow and succeed.

After years of producing results for other organizations, Tim wanted greater ownership over his success and the impact of his work. When a longtime friend and the owner of TalentGuide USA invited him to join the firm, the opportunity brought together his experience in sales, leadership, and talent development with an established recruiting firm specializing in printing and packaging.

Having spent years as a hiring manager, Tim understands what it is like to sit on the other side of the table. He knows the pressure of needing to fill an important position quickly, the cost of hiring someone who looks right on paper but is wrong for the organization, and the reality that retention begins during the interview process—not after an offer is accepted.
