John started out on the research side of the industry using Google, Linkedin and other sources to find new connections for the team. Over time he realized that he was able to connect with candidates and they were asking him for help in making a career change. He progressed quickly into a Search Consultant role and has placed many different roles in his 2 years.

He received a BA from Colorado Mesa University in business with a focus on finance while playing college baseball for the NCAA Division II CMU Mavericks in center field.

He was known for his speed on the field and continues to work quickly to find good matches while not compromising on the quality of the fit. He lives in Arizona and has a new Beagle that you might hear howling in the background once in a while if he’s looking to go on a walk.
