The Right Connections To Fuel Your Success
“We exist for the sole purpose of supporting the growth of the printing and packaging industry”.
What you should know about me right away: I’m a bucket-list guy.
When something matters — a hire, a goal, a challenge — it goes on the list, and I don’t stop until it’s done. Long hours, obstacles, objections, and the occasional “no” don’t slow me down — they sharpen the focus.
One item on my bucket list was visiting a real castle. That box got checked at the 800-year-old Eltz Castle in Germany — a reminder that the things worth doing usually take effort, patience, and persistence.
That same mindset drives my work every day.
My office has placed over 1,000 professionals across the printing and packaging industry and generated more than $10 million in lifetime revenue. Even more important, over 80% of our searches come from repeat clients, which speaks to how we operate and the results we deliver.
Before founding the company, I built my career in sales, leadership, and staffing with Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, I trained national teams on recruiting strategy, helped develop multiple Rookie of the Year recruiters, and consistently supported President’s Council–level performers.
Today, I bring 20+ years of recruiting experience combined with real operational understanding to every search. That means I don’t just fill roles — I take the time to understand the business, the environment, and what success actually looks like in the seat. From there, I guide both clients and candidates through a clear, honest process where the right questions get asked and the right decisions get made.
One of our greatest strengths is reaching passive and inactive talent — the people who aren’t on job boards and aren’t talking to recruiters. That access allows our clients to see candidates they simply wouldn’t find on their own and helps candidates discover opportunities that never get posted.
In today’s market, where experience matters and good people have options, that access — combined with tenacity and follow-through — makes all the difference.
