What Can You Expect When You Choose Talent Guide USA ?

Talent Guide USA has the flexibility and experience to offer contingency and retained services for your recruitment needs. Your level of engagement in the process and the speed at which you need results will help guide your choice of fee structure.

The fee is based on the position and can range from 30 – 15%. We manage the entire process with a dedicated person focused only on your search with two assistants. This will yield top candidates in the shortest time frame and will continue until we find the correct candidate to fill your position. For this dedication we ask for a commitment of a non-refundable fee of 1/3rd of the total compensation for the position. Another 1/3rd of the estimated fee is due when you accept our candidate shortlist of at least 3 candidates, and the remainder of the 1/3rd of the service fee is due when the job offer is accepted.

A non-refundable retainer of $4,000 is required which is credited against the final fee. The remainder of the 20% of the total compensation is payable when the job offer is accepted. We will guarantee the certainty of the completed search and assign a team of three to your search as one of their three working projects until an offer is accepted. There will be no further expenses or fees with this engagement.
A non-refundable $2,000 payment is required which is credited against the final placement fee. We will dedicate 2 team members to identify and recruit for your search exclusively and provide you all candidates that we source or match to your criteria and hold them for you until you pass on them in exchange for your exclusive commitment to our firm as your single source for your search. The fee is 22.5% of the total compensation of the employee hired payable once the offer is accepted.

We will share the results of our efforts of our searches based on your level of shared risk, urgency and commitment to the process. A fee for 25% of the total compensation of the employee hired payable only if the offer is accepted.

We tailor long-term partner programs specifically to your company’s needs and provide preferred fee schedules. These are based on your volume of business and we assign a dedicated Search Team made up of a Search Manager, Recruiter and Researcher. We will provide a flow of qualified candidates to meet your needs for your agreed-upon annual volume of business. Projects have run from 5 to 50 positions in the past.
