Josh has the two things that make up a good recruiter, he likes to talk and he listens well. He started right off talking to people and learning the industry working part time and helped make several placements very quickly. He has been a Search Consultant for just over 2 years now and has a long list of positions he’s helped fill in a variety of skills.

He graduated Colorado Mesa University with a BA studying business with a focus on finance. He played college baseball for the NCAA Division II CMU Mavericks working at Second base and primarily pitching.

Josh has a picture of “Tex”, his 90 lb German Shepard “puppy” taken by his fiancé. We continue to warn him that his priorities may be out of balance!

He likes recruiting because he likes to help people and will ask the tough questions in the process to make sure every detail is covered and there are no surprises in the end. He works to make every match a long term fit.
