Meet the people driving your search.

The Right Connections To Fuel Your Success

Cindy never thought she would be saying or thinking this, but she loves printing, packaging, and displays! She finds herself looking at all things print and display very differently than she did 10 years ago. Even though she’s still a “baby” in the industry, she enjoys connecting with and learning from those who have spent their entire career in the industry all the way down to those who have only been in the industry a short time.

After starting her recruiting career as a Project Coordinator and Researcher, she quickly found it easy to connect with all types of people whether it was an Owner or hiring manager looking for talent or a candidate looking for a new opportunity. This drew her into a search consultant role much faster than expected and earned her a Rookie of the Year nomination. She has enjoyed helping people and companies since then with a proven track record that reflects her ability to create and maintain customer relationships founded on respect and trust. She has achieved Peak Performer results for multiple years and even joined the Million Dollar Club ranks.

Cindy prides herself on her ability to leverage the industry knowledge and insight she has gained to ask the right questions and understand the type of candidate a company wants and understands the opportunity a candidate is looking for. She is very positive, energetic, and hard-working and uses her charm and resources to find talented candidates, both passive and active, who are willing to talk and listen to new possibilities that may be hidden to others. She started in the Northeast Tri-State area of NY, NJ, PA, and has expanded to other areas of the country, wherever her clients need help.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she began her college years at BYU and graduated Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing. Her 3 daughters and new husband keep her busy but she still finds time to get out for a run or head to the gym where she decompresses and keeps her sanity. She lives in CA where her dog, Bentley, keeps her company in her home office and her kids purposefully come in and try to distract her with playful banter.
